You simply will not find a more central location than this in Cape Town!! Kloof St is littered with restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast places, boutiques, bars and so much more. Table Mountain, Shopping Centres, the V & A Waterfront and the bustling Long Street, to mention just a few, are a stone’s throw away. (Table mountain and it’s famous cable car are visible from the flat itself.)
There is a 24 hour Spar over the road and Checkers Sixty60 delivers from so close that they sometimes buzz the door with a trolley they have pushed to you!
Your visit will be managed by Feels Like Home, a company that is known for going out of their way to ensure guests remember their stay for all the right reasons.
The flat itself has two bedrooms – both with super comfy queen size beds and quality linen. There is an open plan lounge & kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The one bedroom has aircon and the other a ceiling fan. Both have ample cupboard space.
Security in the complex is paramount. This includes access control and security gates.
The lounge has a free-standing fan, seating and a smart tv. The WIFI router provides free unlimited WIFI to the entire apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove and all the cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen appliances you will need to feel at home.
Tea, coffee, sugar, 500ml milk, salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid, hand wash, body wash, shampoo and bath towels are all provided.
The flat is fully serviced every 4 days of your stay and extra cleans can be arranged at a nominal fee. For those who like to do their own cleaning in between our scheduled cleans, everything you need to make that happen is supplied in the flat.

Payment Policies
Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ZAR1,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released 4 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.
We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We've tried to find a balance between ensuring you are not penalized unnecessarily and we are able to fill the vacancy that is left by the cancellation. We feel this is the best compromise:
- Cancellation between 0 and 2 days before your booking = 25% Refund
- Cancellation between 3 and 5 days before your booking = 50% Refund
- Cancellation between 6 and 365 days before your booking = 100% Refund

Rules
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FRIDGE are there to help make your stay as hassle-free as possible.
UNAUTHORISED GUESTS: You may not under any circumstances have guests on the property without prior approval. Please refer to the UNAUTHORISED GUEST POLICY in the Rental Agreement for more information.
NOISE: Please do not make excessive noise e.g loud music. Please make sure ALL noise is kept to a minimum by 7pm (weekdays) and 8:30pm (weekends)
NOISE COMPLAINTS will be directed back to you, the guest. Should the noise persist, we reserve the right to take legal remedial action including terminating your stay with immediate effect and without compensation
SMOKING: Please please please don’t smoke in the flat. There is a bin area when you turn right out the front door then right down the stairs where you are welcome to smoke
