Sea Vista, located in the quiet upmarket suburb of La Lucia, is a newly renovated flat that enjoys spectacular sea views. Every amenity imaginable is within 2kms, including La Lucia Mall, restaurants, gyms and sports bars.
The flat is attached to the house with a separate entrance and secure parking for 2 cars. It is large and open plan, with enough space for two separate sleeping areas, a kitchenette , lounge, dining room, work area and a separate bathroom. The sea fills every view from within the flat and time spent on the balcony will refresh the soul!
The hosts are known for going out of their way to ensure guests remember their stay for all the right reasons. You can therefore expect comfortable linen, uncapped WIFI (with UPS back-up), excellent communication and all the creature comforts and facilities to truly make your stay ‘feel like home’.
Guests have exclusive access to the flat and share access to the garden, deck, pool and trampoline with the main house. The weather in Durban makes it possible to swim in the pool almost year round. There is also a water tank back-up system which ensures continuous water supply during water outages in the area.
Tea, coffee, sugar, 500ml milk, salt, pepper, hand wash, body wash, shampoo and bath towels are all provided.
Sea Vista is not only the perfect holiday destination, but it’s proximity to King Shaka International Airport, Gateway. Umhlanga, Durban Central, Kingspark Stadium, golf courses and so much more, make it ideal for business travel, golf tours, big sporting events and a host of other activities.

Payment Policies

. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ZAR1,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival. It will be automatically released 4 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We've tried to find a balance between ensuring you are not penalized unnecessarily and we are able to fill the vacancy that is left by the cancellation. We feel this is the best compromise:
- Cancellation between 0 and 2 days before your booking = 25% Refund
- Cancellation between 3 and 5 days before your booking = 50% Refund
- Cancellation between 6 and 365 days before your booking = 100% Refund

Rules

UNAUTHORISED GUESTS: You may not under any circumstances have guests on the property with prior approval. This BOTH creates more cleaning than the number of guests paid for AND is leading cause of unauthorised parties. Should any guests, other than those approved in writing, be found on the property during your stay we will at the very least charge you as if they have stayed the entire time. In addition, if those guests are part of a party we will terminate your stay with immediate effect and without compensation.
SMOKING: Please please please don’t smoke in the house. Use the balcony for that with pleasure (with the door closed please). There is an ashtray provided for you in the kitchen cupboard. - smoking outside
NOISE COMPLAINTS: These will be addressed directly with the guests. If the noise continues we reserve the right to terminate your stay with immediate effect and without compensation
COMMUNAL POOL RULES: No glass bottles or drinking glasses are permitted in the communal pool area.. Under 12’s always to be accompanied by adults to the pool.
TRAMPOLINE: The trampoline is used entirely at your own risk. The Owners will not accept any liability for any injuries caused as a result of using the trampoline.
