Your visit will be managed by Feels Like Home, a company that is known for going out of their way to ensure guests remember their stay for all the right reasons.

The unit itself is split over 3 levels. The ground level boasts an entrance hall, a large double garage with automatic doors and parking for an extra 2 cars outside the garage.

The entrance hall has a flight of steps up to the middle landing which consists of a guest loo and a large air-conditioned open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge that leads onto a stunning verandah with a gas braai, patio furniture and the roar of the ocean. The lounge has a super comfy couch and a smart tv. The WIFI router provides free unlimited WIFI to the entire unit.

One flight of stairs up and the sea view becomes panoramic. Here you’ll find three air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ample cupboard space. The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bath overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third has a bunk bed and a 3 quarter bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

Payment Policies

Payment in full is due upon booking. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ZAR1,000.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file 1 days prior to arrival. It will be automatically released 4 days after check-out, provided no charges apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. We've tried to find a balance between ensuring you are not penalized unnecessarily and we are able to fill the vacancy that is left by the cancellation. We feel this is the best compromise:
- Cancellation between 0 and 2 days before your booking = 25% Refund
- Cancellation between 3 and 5 days before your booking = 50% Refund
- Cancellation between 6 and 365 days before your booking = 100% Refund

Rules

INSTRUCTIONS ON THE FRIDGE are there to help make your stay as hassle-free as possible.
UNAUTHORISED GUESTS: You may not under any circumstances have guests on the property without prior approval. Please refer to the UNAUTHORISED GUEST POLICY in the Rental Agreement for more information.
NOISE: Please do not make excessive noise e.g loud music. Please make sure ALL noise is kept to a minimum by 7pm (weekdays) and 8:30pm (weekends)
NOISE COMPLAINTS will be directed back to you, the guest. Should the noise persist, we reserve the right to take legal remedial action including terminating your stay with immediate effect and without compensation
SMOKING: Please please please don’t smoke in the house. Use the balcony for that with pleasure (with the door closed please). There is an ashtray provided for you in the kitchen cupboard.
POOL RULES: No glass bottles or drinking glasses are permitted in the communal pool area.. Under 12’s always to be accompanied by adults to the pool.
PETS: Rabies certificates are required for all pets entering the premises and are to be available for inspection at any time. Please be sure to clean up any ‘landmines’ left by your dog.
